Thank you for taking the time to visit our school website.

 

Below you will find links to all the necessary paperwork for the beginning of the school year, as well as a copy of our updated Parent Handbook and our School Policies.

These forms are due to your child's teacher or the school director before your child's first day at our program or the night of our Beginning of the School Year Parent Meeting. 

Here are the necessary forms needed for those of our students who have a known food allergy or other medication needs that will need to be taken care of during the school day. 

​

These forms need to be completed, signed by a doctor and turned in with your child's medication before we are allowed to administer the documented medication. 

​

If you have any questions please contact your child's teacher or talk to the school director.
